By downloading or using the Leap application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant & Usage

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Leap software on your devices in accordance with the terms of your purchased license. A Pro license grants you lifetime, unrestricted access to the application and its features.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the binary desktop software.
• Distribute, lease, or sell license keys generated via Polar.sh.
• Modify or bypass the license key verification mechanisms.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Leap application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will meet your requirements or run uninterrupted, or that screen capturing will function correctly under all system display configurations and drivers.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including lost recordings or CPU performance impacts.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
